The Chicago-Kent Law Review publishes solely in symposium format. Therefore, we regret that we do not accept unsolicited manuscripts. We do, however, accept proposals for symposium topics. If you have an idea for a symposium topic and would like to be the editor of that symposium, please send a detailed proposal to:

The proposal should include a detailed description of the topic and why the topic is timely and important. The proposal should also discuss the paper the symposium editor plans to contribute to the issue. The proposal should then give a list of other possible contributors (ideally making a total of 5 – 8 article contributors) and an outline of those contributors’ possible theses.
